Lemon Vinaigrette
Best to keep it simple. This is a great all-purpose dressing for your starting lineup.
Makes ⅓ cup
INGREDIENTS
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
METHOD
Combine. Shake all of the ingredients together in a jar.
Use or store. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Lemon juice loses brightness with time so it’s best to use this vinaigrette sooner rather than later.
