Miso Vinaigrette

This is one of our favorite multi-purpose dressings. Use it for salads, vegetables, or grain bowls.

Makes ¾ cup

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons white miso

¼ cup rice wine vinegar

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)

METHOD

Whisk together all of the ingredients in a bowl.

Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
