Salsa Verde Cruda

Ingredients

• 1 lb tomatillos, husked and roughly chopped
• 3 scallions, roughly chopped
• 1 bunch cilantro, stems included, roughly chopped
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 jalapeno, seeded (sub serrano for more heat)
• 1/2 avocado
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Taste for seasoning and adjust.
