  • The Meal Plan is a weekly recipe subscription available right here on asterpantry.com.

    Every Friday, we publish a plan for 2 dinners. Day 1 is an approachable recipe that highlights the best ingredients of the season. Day 2 repurposes key leftovers to simplify your prepwork even further.

    Each plan includes a shopping list, organized by department, to streamline your trip through the grocery store.

    All Memberships include both the omnivore and vegetarian plan.

    All Memberships include access to the Resource Library.

  • Each plan generates a shopping list, as either an email or PDF. Send it, or copy it to the app of your choice. Choose between the comprehensive list (ingredients for both Days 1 & 2) or the list for Day 1 only.


  • Of course not! The Meal Plan is your resource. To streamline prepwork, however, the quantities listed for Day 1 account for both days. For example, if we roast salmon on Day 1, and Day 2 is salmon tartines, the first recipe will instruct you to roast enough for both. We use a **double asterisk to mark these key ingredients. This way, if you wish to make Day 1 only, they are easy to identify and scale down.

  • Login to the Member Home page. You can always find the Member Home button in the top right corner of any page on our website. This is where you’ll find the latest Meal Plan and the Resource Library.

  • Every Friday. You’ll receive an email from Aster Pantry notifying you that the latest Meal Plan is available.

  • The monthly subscription price is $10 / mo (plus sales tax). The annual subscription price is $99 / yr (plus sales tax). Billing begins when you sign up and occurs monthly thereafter (or yearly, for the annual plan). Cancel anytime.

  • Every membership includes a vegetarian option. We don’t offer a fully vegan option at this time. However, many of our vegetarian recipes are vegan, and our Resource Library has a comprehensive Substitution Guide.

  • Yes! The Meal Plan is for anyone on the planet who wishes to cook seasonally. Our anecdotes may come from the PNW, but our recipes are universal.
